- E2E with acceptance video (motir-core): the eight-step Verification — a ja pick applies with no reload, a second browser paints it first, ko independent, Editorial keeps Latin faces, Automatic clears, font requests limited to the picked faces, the export lists the pick, signed-out unchangedMotir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- Story integration gate (motir-core): ≥90% coverage over the changed surface, the PATCH → row → getApplied → <html> attribute seam against real Postgres, cross-locale refusal, stale-member fallback, export and deletionMotir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- Build the "Fonts by language" axis in AppearanceCard — eleven languages in their own scripts, Automatic first, each member previewed in its own face (its face loaded only in the pane), plain text for a single-member set, picks through setFontPick (motir-core)Motir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- List the per-language font picks in the personal data export's user_appearance_preference section (lib/export/personalDataSections.ts) and prove account deletion removes them (motir-core)Motir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- Add setFontPick(locale, member | null) to useTheme() in lib/contexts/theme-context.tsx — optimistic apply to <html> only when the locale is the page's, debounced seq-guarded PATCH, the couldn't-sync state on failure (motir-core)Motir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- Apply the stored pick on the first byte: the service resolves each locale's pick to data-font-set-<role> attributes, app/layout.tsx stamps the page locale's on <html>, app/global-error.tsx re-applies them from this device's cache, and a stale member falls back to the set default (motir-core)Motir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- Store a font-set member pick per locale on UserAppearancePreference — migration, repository, mapper, DTO, service validation against that locale's set (InvalidAppearanceValueError on a foreign or unknown id, Latin accepts only absence), PATCH /api/appearance-preference, readable by user id (motir-core)Motir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- The planning rail says "Nothing came back to change" five minutes into a run that is still going — motir-ai's job stream ends with a plain `done {timedOut: true}` after 5 minutes, core treats it as the run's end, and the rail never hears the real outcome
- Pick your font per language — a per-language font picker in appearance settings, defaulting to the automatic mapping and saved on your accountMotir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- Design the motir.co header language switcher — closed and open states in the site header and the mobile menu, the eleven languages each in its own script, the current one marked (a delta of the site header, published as this card's design result in motir-marketing)Motir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- The hosted planner loses a whole run when it names a committed card by key — motir-core's internal plan-proposals route stores `MOTIR-<n>` refs verbatim (MOTIR-3576's key resolution covers only the MCP path), so new items get no parent and the close refuses the plan as dangling
- A failed planning job still files no planning bug — MOTIR-7722's filing never fired on job cmv0tr43s (no `planning_failure_filed`, no bug, no comment), and no planning-failure bug has been filed in production since it shipped
- deepseek-flash (and 57 other servable chat models) has no `maxOutputTokens` in the catalog, so every planning turn falls back to 16,384 and author sessions die mid-card at the limit
- (verify) On production, read-only: both halves of the 1 GiB size limit are deployed, the two limits agree, nothing is refused, and /code and planning still read codeA dedicated code-graph service serves every tenant's graph reads, so any number of planning sessions read current code and the planning machines hold no graphs
- (motir-core) After an answered question the overlay keeps "Reading your request…" on the rail, a click beside it starts a plan run, and Stop cannot stop that run
- The daily catalog refresh can't open its pull request — the whole delta report goes into the PR body, which is now over GitHub's 65,536-character limit (`Body is too long`), so no catalog PR has opened since 2026-10-08
- Verify the new @motir/design-system version installs from the registry motir-marketing reads, at its exact version, and exports the locale → font-set registryMotir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- Planning bug: the ended-session carry story assumed the overlay's next turn revises the carried plan and named "the lay verifies" — the lay and the author each deferred it, nobody checked, and on main every turn opens a new plan
- (motir-core) A question in the planning conversation shows only "Reading your request…" while it answers — the ask stream is consumed without a frame handler
- Design the "Fonts by language" axis as a delta mock beside design/settings/appearance.mock.html — eleven languages in their own scripts, "Automatic (‹default›)" first, each member previewed in its own face with a script sample, the single-member plain-text row, and the couldn't-sync footerMotir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
