- (motir-core) Approving a plan never reveals the "where should your code live?" step — the establish step is server-rendered and `approvePlan` only refetches the client review
- PLANNING BUG — a card that NAMED its own missing decision and missing design in its body was still authored `ready`, and sized before the schema retrofit it would have to ship
- `motir auto` CRASHES on a failed agent when the config dir is READ-ONLY (the sandbox's own mount) — the run aborts and the session PR is never opened

- Vitest flake (recurring, 2 PRs): ProjectRoadmapCanvas.test.tsx:128 — the auto-reset assertion races the auto-layout effect instead of awaiting it
- Acceptance-video uploader publishes only ONE clip per lane run — every extra chaptered acceptance spec is silently dropped
- Migrate wizard: "Plan my project now" dead-ends when the project has work items — /onboarding/discovery bounces back to the wizard's ResumePanel
- 7.30 Planning bug — MOTIR-934 wizard card went stale vs MOTIR-1660 (no convention gate) + the importer at /onboarding/import
- MOTIR-1502 left stuck (blocked) after later card (MOTIR-852) absorbed its deliverables — skeleton + search_work_items already shipped
