Motir

The last stretch of the backfill: notes.html entries #256 through the corpus head, which was #355 when this card was re-scoped on 2026-08-21 — 100 entries at that measurement. Same bar, same disposition discipline, same generic rewrite as its predecessors — read MOTIR-3304's criteria as this card's too.

⚠️ RE-MEASURE THE HEAD; do not run off the numeral above. notes.html is written to most days, and this card's range is the one that moves. Take the head from motir-meta origin/main at the moment you start, state the ref and the count in the PR body, and disposition every entry from #256 to that head. The card is closed against the count you measured, not against 100. (This card's predecessor in spirit, MOTIR-1948, had its stated head go stale three times in five weeks; the durable fix is MOTIR-3306's totality assertion, and until it lands, re-measuring is the discipline.)

Two things are specific to this range and worth naming:

It is the newest material, so it overlaps most with what this epic is migrating. Several entries here are the incidents behind limbs that MOTIR-3297 will move out of phase-deepen — #296, #305, #319, #320, #324, #331, #350 among them. Where an entry already has a good row from this card, the pack story merges into it rather than writing a second; so record the sourceRef of every row this card creates in the PR body, in a form that story can look up.

It is also where the corpus's own vocabulary is densest. These entries lean on terms that mean nothing outside this project — pack names, gate numbers, advisory severities. Generalizing them is harder than in the earlier ranges and is the main reason this card is not simply "the rest".

Acceptance criteria

• Every notes.html entry from #256 to the corpus head has exactly one disposition in the PR body — new row, merge (naming the row), or drop (with the reason). The PR body states the head, the ref it was measured on, and the resulting entry count, and the disposition count equals it.
• Every new row carries a sourceRef, its kind/type/phase axes, and a title + howToApply written generically.
• No row contains motir-core, motir-ai, motir-gateway, motir-meta, a MOTIR-<n> key, or a date, and none names a rule pack or a gate number.
• No row is a verbatim paste of its source entry.
• The PR body lists the sourceRef of every row created, so the pack-restatement story can merge into them rather than duplicating.
