Planning bug: MOTIR-3932's /explore and /docs scope items have no cards after the host-branch cards were archived
MOTIR-3932 ("motir.co renders the public reading surface") names four scope items — chrome, /explore + /explore/topic/*, /docs, /legal. Its children cover only chrome (MOTIR-3880) and /legal (MOTIR-4005, MOTIR-4009). The /explore and /docs deliverables were never carded; the host-branch cards that would have rendered them (MOTIR-3883 / MOTIR-3924 / MOTIR-3925, under MOTIR-3876) were archived 2026-08-29 when the "motir-core answers for motir.co" approach was dropped in favour of motir-marketing-over-the-public-API (MOTIR-3879's ADR), and no replacements were re-authored.
MOTIR-3884 (the 301 redirects) is blocked_by those archived cards plus MOTIR-4009, and is not runnable until /explore and /docs actually render on motir.co — otherwise its redirects 301 into a 404 on the brand host.
Action taken: re-plan cmth7jzp400eohvn80s1fhrf2 proposes the two missing render cards under MOTIR-3932 and rewires MOTIR-3884 onto them (removing the archived blockers). The LESSON is recorded (tenant). The /docs mechanism decision is carried into the proposed /docs card as its first deliverable.
