Motir
Vibe the project. Bring an idea — Motir's three AI layers plan it, track it, and ship it, end to end. You're looking at Motir, built in Motir.

- (motir-ai) The pool never hands work to, resumes or peer-wakes a retiring or old-release machine — `pickPeer`, the scale-out resume and the pool snapshot skip them
- (motir-ai) A machine can be told to RETIRE over the private network — it stops claiming, answers `/health` 503, keeps every lease renewing, never suspends itself, and exits once it holds no running job
- (motir-ai) A paid invoice with only a tracker seat line grants the org's full AI pool again
- (motir-ai) A deploy never kills a planning job in flight — the planning workers deploy by starting the new machines, retiring the old ones, and each old machine exits by itself once it holds no running job
- The gateway cannot mint a `translation`-lane token, so every motir-ai translate job fails with internal_error
- The app type-check project sits at 84.4% of the heap budget, the next project to trip the 90% headroom guard
- Approving a conversation-session plan leaves a hand-parked target at Planning — the session's lock is not adopted, so neither approve nor the session release rests it
- The auto-resume acceptance spec reads the plan row once right after the resume submit is recorded, but the bind that re-points sourceJobId commits after the submit, so it can read the old job id under load
- The abandoned-plan sweep asks motir-ai about a failed job every 5 minutes for a plan waiting in To resume, so a planning machine never reaches its 300 s idle and the pool never suspends
- A correction queued for a running plan job never reaches it mid-run: the worker binds no mailbox reader
- Design the Translate, Show original and Show translation controls and the five translation states on the work item page and overlayMotir in eleven languages — app.motir.co and motir.co in en·zh·ja·ko·de·fr·es·it·nl·pl·pt, per-language font sets, and work content in an org content language with per-user translation
- The tests type-check project sits at 88.9% of the heap budget on main, so any small PR tips the merge queue's headroom guard over 90%
- DirectionDocView and TIER_META render the direction doc's own chrome in English for every locale (tier label, kicker, "optional", read-only hint, "Open questions")
- Error: Connection terminated unexpectedly
- (motir-ai) Before the deploy switch merges: set `POOL_SWEEP_TOKEN` on Fly (staged, no restart) and in GitHub, and prove on a throwaway machine that the deploy token can create, mark, cordon and destroy while the pool token can destroy a stopped one
- A plan revision takes no new message while it runs: plan.py --revise starts with run-state "ended", so plan_inbox.py write refuses and the change waits for a second, paid revision
- (motir-meta) `plan.py`'s sessions write a bare proposal id as `parentRef` / `blockedByRefs`: core stores it unresolved and refuses the plan only at the close, so a whole pass dies after its last paid turn — the driver has no counterpart to motir-ai's wire-ref normalization
- (motir-meta) `plan.py` dies with an uncaught `RuntimeError` at the close when core refuses `final: true` over a REJECTION (a dangling ref): no report, no ledger, exit 1, the plan left `generating` — MOTIR-8267's close-whatever-the-verdict only held for findings core lets a plan close over
- Every onboarding screen looks and sounds like motir.co — the Motir logo, the "vibe the project" voice in place of "Plan with AI" (in all eleven app languages), and the landing's full-width hero-and-sections layout instead of the centred cardOnboarding that matches motir.co — the Motir look and "vibe the project" voice, a GitHub connect that does not lose you, no waiting on the index, a generated first-project name, and import proven against real Jira, Linear and Plane
- (motir-core) A language control on every onboarding screen — the same control the sign-in and sign-up pages carry, in the entrance / how-it-works brand bar and in `OnboardingTopBar`Onboarding that matches motir.co — the Motir look and "vibe the project" voice, a GitHub connect that does not lose you, no waiting on the index, a generated first-project name, and import proven against real Jira, Linear and Plane
