Ideas to build
Build what Motir would buy.
A software company runs on more than code. It needs a lawyer, an accountant, a security team and people who know other markets, and Motir is no different. We would rather buy that work from a product built on Motir. These are the ones we need. Build one that scales, and Motir will be your first customer.
Motir is your first customer
Build one of these on Motir, in public, and we will use it, pay for it and tell you what is missing.
What makes a good idea here
Products that scale, not tools for one team
- Many customers, one productEvery idea serves thousands of companies with the same problem, not one company's own process.
- Expertise you can't hire cheaplyLaw, tax, security, languages: work that needs a specialist, made affordable by AI and kept honest by people.
- A person still signsThe AI drafts, checks and files the work. A qualified person approves what carries risk, the same way Motir puts a person at every gate.

Good products to build, beyond what Motir needs
Motir won't be your first customer for these. Each is a market with documented demand, a gap the current players leave open, and a reason it can be built now and not five years ago. The evidence is linked under each one.
Sales
Proof of consent for every marketing text a Chinese business sends
For Chinese shops, clinics, schools and small B2B sellers that follow up leads and members by text message. It records each person's yes at the moment they give it (store QR code, mini-program form, WeCom chat, event sign-up), keeps that proof per phone number, honours opt-outs everywhere, and hands the proof to the text-message provider or a court when asked.

- The evidence
- MIIT Order No. 74 (revised SMS Provisions), issued 9 Feb 2026, in force 1 May 2026. Art. 21: providers must require senders to supply the recipient's commitment or proof of consent for commercial texts; Art. 22: an easy opt-out must be offered and never obstructed; Art. 23: no further commercial texts after a refusal or without consent. State Council Gazette, gov.cn (zh)
- The gap
- Text providers such as Alibaba Cloud SMS check consent once, at template review, from a screenshot of a privacy policy and a member system, and apply opt-outs per sender name. Since 1 May 2026 the sender bears the proof, per recipient, and a text without it counts as illegal. Member and private-domain tools (Youzan, Weimob, WeCom SCRMs) hold phone lists and a member flag, but we found no product that keeps per-number proof of who agreed, how and when, and blocks sends without it across providers.
