Motir 如何构建 Motir。

这听起来像是先有鸡还是先有蛋的难题，其实不是。Motir 最初只是一个装着提示词的文件夹，而它发布的每一个功能，都成了构建下一个功能的工具。

起点

我们 Vibe coding，结果项目散了架。

Vibe coding 让写代码变快了。但我们走得越远，丢失的项目内容就越多——因为项目不只是代码。

  • 发现了缺陷，却从未记录在会话中途被发现，到会话结束时就被忘了。
  • 同时铺开太多五个功能同时在做，却无从判断下一个该先做哪个。
  • 缺失的测试要么没有，要么达不到其余代码所需的标准。
  • 淹没在聊天里的决定某个东西为什么要这样构建，随着编码会话的结束而消失了。

我们需要的

Jira 和 Linear 能记录工作，但我们需要更多。

我们把自己的流程接入熟悉的项目工具。它们装得下任务，却装不下我们缺少的东西。

自举

每一个功能，都成为下一个功能的工具。

Motir 没有等到完工才开始使用自己。它发布的每一个功能，都替换掉了构建它时所用的脚手架。

  1. 第 0 天motir-meta一个内部项目：一组提示词、一份任务清单和一个失误记录库。它引导一个模型构建了 Motir 最早的功能。提示词和一个任务文件
  2. 然后工作项工作项发布之后，Motir 开始问自己下一步该构建什么，而不再依赖外部工具。它自己的工作项
  3. 然后MCP 服务器MCP 发布之后，那些查询变成了 MCP 调用，状态也自动保持同步。它自己的 MCP 服务器
