Motir が Motir を作る方法。
鶏が先か卵が先か、という話に聞こえるかもしれません。でも、そうではありません。Motir はプロンプトのフォルダーから始まり、リリースした機能がひとつ残らず次の機能を作るための道具になりました。
始まり
バイブコーディングをしたら、プロジェクトが崩れていきました。
バイブコーディングでコードは速く書けました。でも進めば進むほど、プロジェクトの多くが失われていきました。プロジェクトはコードだけではないからです。
- 見つけたバグが、記録されないままセッションの途中で気づき、終わるころには忘れていました。
- 一度に抱えすぎ5 つの機能が同時に進行し、次にどれを始めるべきかわかりませんでした。
- なかったテストテストがないか、ほかのコードが求める水準に達していませんでした。
- チャットに消えた判断なぜそう作ったのかは、コーディングセッションの終わりとともに消えてしまいました。
必要だったもの
Jira や Linear は作業を管理します。私たちにはそれ以上が必要でした。
私たちは、知っているプロジェクトツールに自分たちのプロセスをつなぎました。タスクは管理できても、私たちに欠けていたものはそこにありませんでした。

ブートストラップ
すべての機能が、次の機能を作る道具になる。
Motir は完成を待たずに使われ始めました。リリースした機能が、それを作るのに使った足場を一つずつ置き換えていきました。
